Fundraising and Wholesale
Fundraising-
Hamilton Farms offers a variety of fundraising opportunities for your school or non-profit organization to raise money. You may choose to do a "Plant sale" or a "Certificate Sale" in the Spring, Fall, or Winter. Or you can do a Wreath and Roping Sale in the late fall. A certificate sale involves the sale of certificates which are redeemable for specific types of plants available at Hamilton Farms. Hamilton Farms will provide all certificates for certificate sales. A plant sale, wreath, or roping sale involves the sale of the physical item and can either be delivered (delivery fees apply) or picked up. Please contact us at 973-334-6528 as soon as possible if you are considering any of these sales.
In addition to our retail business, we also sell our plants wholesale to businesses throughout NJ, NY, and PA. Our wholesale customers enjoy the speed with which we fulfill their orders and deliveries, as well as the top-notch customer service that comes along with doing business with Hamilton Farms.
All of the plants grown in our greenhouses are available at the wholesale level. To qualify for wholesale pricing you must:
- Own a business engaged in the resale of plants, for example, a nursery, flower shop, garden center, landscapers, etc.
- Provide a form of ID such as a business check, or credit card and a certificate of authority for a related business.
- Complete and submit an ST-3 form (resale certificate)
- All new wholesale customers are C.O.D, cash and carry, or credit card, no checks. Upon credit approval we will gladly accept checks as an additional form of payment.
Once we receive all the necessary account information, we will be more than happy to set up your wholesale account.
